For a couple of days now, we’ve been hearing rumors that the Yahoo layoffs included the entire Delicious team.  Now Former Yahoo employee and Upcoming founder Andy Baio has tweeted out the above Yahoo! product team meeting slide that seems to show that Yahoo! is either closing or merging the social bookmarking service as well as Upcoming, Fire Eagle, MyBlogLog and others.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the social network will be launching a revamped messaging product, ‘Messages,’ that will give users an “@facebook.com” email address.

Zuckerberg outlined three features that will define Facebook’s new offering, which Zuckerberg described as “the way the future should work”: Seamless messaging (users can chat with people through whatever medium they choose, be it SMS, email, or IM), conversation history (“see everything you’ve discussed with each friend as a single conversation”), and a social inbox for “filtering exactly the messages you want to see.”

het leuke resultaat hiervan is dat half internet niet werkt op mijn IE9 explorer…

Tien jaar na de vergeefse poging van HyperTrust NV komt er dan toch digitaal aangetekend schrijven. En volgens Quickie wordt ook eveneens het monopolie doorbroken.

Even voor al diegenen die twijfelen of ze de IE9 beta zouden installeren of niet. Best even wachten imho.
Ik heb hem nu 14 dagen op mijn Windows 7 pc draaien en heb er al redelijk wat problemen mee gehad. Conclusie: IE 9 BETA is echt nog wel een beta.

Eindelijk! Hoop dat dit nu snel werkelijkheid wordt (en verplicht)
